No longer Pre-Mi's

All the guys from my freshman wards are getting home from their missions. Because I work in the ID center, and a lot of them lost their IDs while on their mission, I get to see many of them. Already today, I have helped two guys that I knew from freshman year. Weird. They all look the same, except, well, older. It is a little awkward to see these guys because I am not sure if they remember me or not, so we just look at each other for a minute with that wondering eye, and then one of us will finally say something like, "Hey, weren't you in my freshman ward? It's (insert name here) right?" "Yeah, its (insert other persons name, right?) and then we have a short conversation getting all caught up on life and such. Their ID finally pops out of the printer and we are both released from the awkward conversation when I say, "If you just sign your name on the back, you will be ready to go." End of awkward conversation. Its fun to see all these guys, but it is a little, no a lot, weird. I am almost done with school, they still have 3 years. And now, they have officially entered the dating world here at BYU. What a wild ride. Haha. Sucks to be them!!!
