Do you have a nickname you hate? One that everyone seems to call you, but makes you cringe everytime you hear it? For me, that name is "Kimmy" and usually people I hardly know, but already annoy me, call me that name. For some reason, there are exactly three people in this world that call me "Kimmy" and I don't mind. What makes the difference between letting it annoy me and not caring?
So what do you do when someone you hardly know calls you a name that makes you grit your teeth? Tell them kindly? (Probably) Let it nag at you? (What I do) Or do you simply punch them in the jugular (What I wish I could do.)
I have deduced that my dislike for this name comes from one specific character from one childhood TV show that us 90s kids adore.
