Meet me in St. Louis....

My ensemble for Jasmimes wedding.
Shooting a gun at the air show. I am so hardcore!

Last weekend I had the wonderful opportunity to go home, and although the trip was short, I loved every minute of it. I came home because one of my best friends from high school, Jasmine, got married and she asked me to be a bridesmaid. The wedding was a lot of fun (a lot of drunken dancing...not on my part though!) and Jasmine looked breathtaking.

I also did some other fun things....I got to see my best friend from high school Cassie a couple times. I don't talk to her much during the school year, but every time we see each other, it is like we just saw each other yesterday. Also, I guy from my ward in Provo lives in St. Louis and happened to be home the same weekend as I was, so we were able to meet up and go see "Angels and Demons." We were going to go to the zoo, but unfortunately, it was raining. Boo.

Lastly, I hung out with my wonderful family. I went to Lowe's with my Dad on Friday and then we Cruised to Fritz's Frozen Custard in his '57 Austin Healey. That thing gets so many comments and stares and longing looks. One day I will have a beautiful convertible too. On Saturday morning before the wedding I went with my mom to IHOP. Delish.

In other news, I still don't have a job, but I am enjoying the discretionary time that I have and am loving every minute of my life. I got a Seven Peaks pass...along with about 20 other people in my ward, and have gone a few times. I was blessed that I was able to save up money during college rather than be in debt when I got out. I guess that is the story of my life at the time. Not too much to update!
