And I was like baby, baby, baby, oh

Good things that are happening in my life:
  • last night Rachel and I built a rocket for FHE. It may have gone the highest despite everyone's doubt. So high that it would make my aerospace engineer father proud. It was also undoubtedly the prettiest. It's name was "BABY". We couldn't stop singing about its glory. Thank you Justin Bieber for providing us with our rocket theme song.
  • My reason for keeping a thing of ramen noodles in my car console is now completely valid. It may be the difference between life or death people. Read and see: Couple rescued after 4 days in car.
  • In a week and a half, this will be my life for a week and a half: sand castling, DisneyLanding, beach bumming, ocean swimming, and book reading. During this week, I will be make up less, sporting wild beach hair, will be bumming around in sun dresses and swimsuits and will generally be enjoying life on the West Coast. This is literally what is getting me through work this week.
The bad:
  • Have I ever mentioned how I hate doctors? I do. It is a fact of my life. Last time I went, I was told I may have kidney failure and skin cancer. You may as well have told me to get my affairs in order. I get to go again in one hour. Hiphip. I also have to chug water for my urine test because I forgot about it and I just emptied my bladder. Joy.
  • I got to work today and spilled my milk on my work pants, then some of the letters on my high-tech keyboard stopped working, so it was replaced with a cheapo. Then my work computer shut off and starting buzzing at me...there went a half hour of work (it could have been worse), then I went to a 10-minute quick meeting that ended up being 90 minutes.
I think I shall veg out and watch 10 episodes of The Hills tonight after work. Welcome to my life.
